Some of you will recognise this friendly local, Holly Jansen (nee Shaw). Founder of the successful Pukekohe cafe Townmouse.
Holly brings a mere 20 years of experience to the table, teamed with a love of food (ofcourse) and a passion for creating fresh, seasonal, sustainable, innovative and healthy food for you all to enjoy!
